Originally from Texas, Natalie has called Aurora, Illinois home for over a decade. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Metropolitan Community College and brings a unique blend of industry experience, community service, and compassionate leadership to her role as Operations Officer at Campbell Holzhauer Concierge Law.
Before stepping into the legal field, Natalie worked in manufacturing supplier quality, where she developed a strong foundation in systems, efficiency, and accountability. After taking time away from the workforce to raise her children, she remained deeply engaged in her community, volunteering with food insecurity programs, supporting a homeless shelter, mentoring youth in Naperville and Aurora, and helping lead a nonprofit music organization.
Natalie is driven by a belief in leadership rooted in empathy and kindness. At Campbell Holzhauer, she uses that philosophy to enhance internal operations and elevate the client experience with consistency, care, and professionalism.
