Before joining the Concierge Law team, Shena spent six years working in the technology industry across several countries in Asia. Through that experience, she developed a strong attention to detail and learned how much clear communication and teamwork matter when it comes to delivering great service.
A graduate of Marketing Management, Shena enjoys working behind the scenes, focusing on research, organization, and improving processes. She finds it rewarding to take complex tasks and turn them into something more structured and manageable, helping the team work more smoothly and efficiently.
She believes that when you genuinely care about what you do, it naturally shows in how you support the people around you. This mindset guides how she approaches her work every day and motivates her to keep doing her best, especially as she sets that example for her daughter, Scarlet, whose name was inspired by her favorite Marvel character.
Outside of work, she enjoys watching series and movies, and recently discovered a love for road trips. For her, these simple moments are a way to recharge while still keeping that same sense of curiosity she brings into her work.
